Our team includes experts for all ages and education levels, ensuring that our support is age-appropriate, engaging, and effective.

We develop a range of resources that cover essential topics including online safety, basic tech skills, and advanced digital competencies – all designed to lay a strong foundation of knowledge and confidence.

Choose from a variety of experiences that cater to different interests and learning styles, from hands-on sessions to open discussions.

Group discussions and sessions provide opportunities for residents to learn from each other, share experiences, and master new skills.

Digital Navigators gather feedback from community members to continually improve the program, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

Telehealth ACCESS

Advancing healthcare access for all to improve individual and societal wellbeing

Telehealth makes healthcare and medical services more accessible, convenient, and cost-effective. By allowing patients to consult with healthcare providers remotely, telehealth eliminates geographical barriers and reduces the need for travel, making it particularly valuable for those in remote or underserved regions. It supports continuous care and management of chronic conditions, enhances mental health support, and reduces the risk of infectious diseases. Telehealth not only improves patient outcomes but also fosters a more inclusive healthcare system.

“Telehealth utilization has stabilized at levels 38 times higher than before the pandemic.” (McKinsey)

Telehealth is broadening access to healthcare services, especially for individuals in rural and underserved areas where transportation is a barrier and medical facilities may be hard to access.

There is a 15% reduction in hospital readmission rates among patients who use telehealth services. (Journal of the American Medical Association)

Telehealth can reduce healthcare costs by minimizing the need for in-person visits and can improve the overall management of chronic diseases — which makes it a vital resource for all communities.
